Silent World.

Imagine a world where the busiest cities were empty, devoid of movement, environments known for it’s constant traffic, tourists and interaction, just lifeless. Well that’s exactly what French, self-taught artistic duo, Lucie & Simon did making it some kind of reality.

Having traveled the world capturing major metropolitan areas including Times Square and the Louvre minus signs of life synonymous with the locations. Involving the use of a neutral density filter that allows for extra-long exposures, their technique removes moving objects like people and cars.

Accompanied by a pretty badass track which really lends itself well to the almost post-apocalyptic scenes created by the duo, the images are truly MIND-BLOWING.
