The first of these unique nights starts on Monday 28th May in East London’s, Brick Lane Bookshop, with Drive author, James Sallis who’ll be reading for the first time ever in the UK, an exclusive extract from his sequel to cult classic book - ‘Driven’.

Alternate Drive Posters.
Yes, yes, we have raved about Drive for most of this year but to hell with your objections, it’s totally worthy of our admiration.
Catering to our addiction of this achingly-cool cult movie (soon to be a classic), Empire have provided us with 14 of the alternate versions of the final design by Rich Andrews of Empire Design.
We’ve handpicked our particular favourites below with the final product above but click here for the complete range.

An Animated Tribute to “Drive”.

Check out this animated short paying tribute to one of our favourite movies this year, Drive. Directed by Tom Haugomat and Bruno Mangyoku, the duo focus on some of the most bloody and tense scenes from the film.

The video really captures that dark tone seen throughout ’Drive’ and combined with Glass Candy’s ‘Digital Versicolor’ track, we could watch this repeatedly much like the original.

ENJOY.

CULTURE JUNKIE LIKES: Kavinsky - Nightcall.

Another track taken from the Drive soundtrack, this movie fails to disappoint. We’ve said it countless times, GO SEE DRIVE.

CULTURE JUNKIE LIKES: College feat. Electric Youth - A Real Hero (Drive Original Movie Soundtrack)

Seen the movie twice and it gets better each time round. Now on the 34th play of this track and have ordered the original book also. Just. Cant. Get. Enough.

If you haven’t yet seen Drive, do so. If you have no intention of checking it out, you are a fool. GO.
